    Hi @peter lind

Thank you for reaching out to our Microsoft Q&A Forum, I’m happy to assist you.

Based on the error message you’re seeing (AADSTS50020), it looks like you're trying to access Teams using an account that doesn’t exist in the tenant.

To help me better understand the situation, could you please confirm the following:

    • Are you experiencing this issue on the web version or through a desktop app?
    • Are you trying to access content from a different Microsoft 365 tenant?
    • Can you try signing in at office.com using your business account and let me know if that works?
    • Do you have an admin role in your organization’s Microsoft 365 environment?

Regarding the error code AADSTS50020, I’ve looked into it and would recommend the following steps:

    1. Check Tenant Policy Settings

If you're an IT admin or Global Administrator:

    • Go to the Azure Portal: https://portal.azure.com
    • Navigate to Azure Active Directory > External Identities > Cross-tenant access settings
    • Review B2B collaboration settings to ensure guest access is allowed.
    • Check Conditional Access Policies that might block sign-in from certain accounts.

    If you're an end-user:

    • Contact your IT helpdesk or Global Administrator to verify if any policies are affecting your sign-in.
    1. Clear Browser Cache
      • Open a private browsing window (Ctrl + Shift + N).
      • Try signing in again using your work or school account.
    2. Try a Different Browser or Use InPrivate Mode
      • Use a different browser (e.g., Edge, Chrome, Firefox).
      • Alternatively, open an InPrivate or Incognito window to avoid cached sessions interfering with sign-in.
