Unable to Access Microsoft Authenticator

I recently changed to a new phone after my previous one broke. Unfortunately, I can no longer access the Microsoft Authenticator app that was set up on my old device.

At the moment, I am stuck in a loop:

I know my username and password, and I can log in on my company computer.

However, whenever I try to update my Security Info or log in on a new device, it still asks me for a code from Authenticator.

When I try to add my account to Authenticator on my new phone, I receive the message: “Your sign-in was successful but does not meet the criteria to add an account to the Microsoft Authenticator app… You may add an account to the app by scanning a QR Code provided to you by your admin.”

It seems I need my MFA reset so I can re-enrol Microsoft Authenticator on my new phone. Could you tell me how to sort it? thanks
