I have a family plan with me as the organiser / owner / bill payer etc. and one child. I want to remove the child from the family plan but when I click remove, it says only the account organiser can remove the child. How do i fix this? There are only us 2 on the account and my account is and always has been the main account.

Many Thanks.

You can't remove CHILD from the family group

Family members under statutory age need an adult's consent to join a family group. Only the adult that granted consent for CHILD can remove this family member. Ask the family organiser who granted CHILD consent to remove CHILD from the family group.

Hi! You need first to use the remove consent option that appears in the child account from the organizer account that added the child in the family:

After this, you will be able to remove the child from the family.
