New Outlook Updates are Terrible, how can I revert back?

This is a thread for both the email and calendar. The new updates are terrible! I am missing important emails because of the new email "drop down" and the side-by-side calendar does nothing but make it more difficult to use. MS needs to allow users to undo these terrible changes and until that happens does anyone know how to undo the changes?

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with the new update, could you please explain a little more about what you mean with "new email drop down", better if you share screenshots please, and in regards to the calendar, have you tried using the merged view?

2025-08-28T21:30:33.65+00:00 In the old Outlook, when there is an email chain you would just click on the email that came in and you could see the entire chain of emails. Now, when there is an email chain and you click the most recent email it doesn't show the whole email chain, rather, in the inbox there is a "drop down" that shows each individual email. The new outlook makes it extremely difficult to follow an email chain and go back to review or reference a particular email in the email chain.
