Bug. Windows 11 Language setting not working. Multiple languages are showing instead of just English

There is a serious bug in the language setting of Windows 11. Windows was installed in language A, I wanted to change it to English. I installed the English pack and set it as the main language in all the settings possible as explained in the various forums. Yet, the language of Windows is partially English and still part of the original language.

As above, I did all the settings, and uninstalled an reinstalled the English pack. NOTHING is working. Its a bug.

Now, if I reinstall Windows with English only, which will require a reset. I will lose the Office OEM that I paid a lot for. So the MS bug just screwed me out of a lot of money
