How to I receive codes to the Microsoft Authenticator again

My Microsoft Authenticator app suddenly decided to stop working! 🥺 When I try to sign into anything, I do not receive codes. I tried everything, different ways to sign in, saying I didn't have my authenticator etc. The image attached appears after trying. I even deleted the app and re-installed it. Then I reset it and tried to download everything again, still no luck.
