Minecraft Realms is a subscription service, and refunds, whether full or partial, are generally not offered. However, if an issue on their end has prevented you from accessing your Realm, please reach out to Minecraft Support. They will do their best to resolve the problem, and if they are unable to fix it, you may qualify for a refund.
