    Hi @Don Teich

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum.

It appears you're seeing a daily prompt in your Outlook calendar to set your work location and would prefer to remove it. This feature is part of Outlook’s hybrid work support, but you can easily adjust or disable it based on your preferences.

Here’s how to remove the daily work location indicator:

    1. Go to Outlook Settings:
      • Open Outlook
      • Click the gear icon in the top-right corner > Navigate to Calendar tab
      User's image
    2. Navigate to the Calendar tab > hoose Work hours and location.  User's image
    3. Update Your Location Preferences:
      • Disable Show off location on my calendar.
      • Optionally, choose Can't view any location infomation
      • Click Save to apply your updated settings.  User's image

Once completed, the location prompt should no longer appear on your calendar days.

If you need further assistance or any questions, feel free to let me know, I’m happy to support you.

    Warm regards,
