Bitlocker Network Connection Issues on Dell Inspiron 7706

Hello, I have a Dell Inspiron 7706 2n1 laptop purchased back in 2021. On Monday night, a screen appeared on my laptop asking for a bitlocker recovery key. I finally figured out what was asking, put in the 48 digit code I have, but then it said unable to connect to network., and it will automatically try to connect again in 30 minutes with the same result each time. In short, my laptop is an expensive paperweight. I tried going through Dell tech support last night and they said it was software issue not a hardware issue.

I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions anyone may have to correct this issue. Thank you very much.
