Can someone please help me with this I’m struggling to log into my pc

so my pc starts up normally and I log in using my password and it says create a pin if I press next it just says cant do that right now and if I press the x button or skip for now it just reloads to the sign in again and no matter how I’ve tried logging into or diffrent accounts it doesn’t work so it’s defo smt to do with the pc I’ve tried restarting and shutting down nothings working please help

    1. Boot into Safe Mode
    • From the login screen, hold Shift and click Restart.
    • Select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
    • Press F4 to enter Safe Mode.

    Remove PIN Requirement

    • In Safe Mode, go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.
    • Under Windows Hello PIN, click Remove.
      Restart Normally
      • Restart your PC and try logging in again using your password.

    *******Next Steps if Issue Persists......................

    Create a New Local Account

    • Go to Settings > Accounts > Family & other users.
      • Click Add someone else to this PC.
      • Choose I don’t have this person’s sign-in info, then Add a user without a Microsoft account.
      • Create a new account and try logging in with it.
    1. Run System File Checker
    • Open Command Prompt as Administrator.
      • Type: sfc /scannow and press Enter.
      • Wait for the scan to complete and follow any instructions.
    1. Check for Windows Updates
    • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
      • Install any pending updates and restart your PC.
