Outlook not working

Outlook stopped working, offline, unable to send emails. Telstra Bigpond, saying can't help, Microsoft Outlook problem, as Bigpond email is not accepted or able to connect to the Verify account with Outlook.

Tried contacting Microsoft for technical support a week ago, not able to be provided with this, only online, which to date has not been helpful.

    I understand you're experiencing issues with your Bigpond email address not functioning properly in Outlook. 

    Please note that as a Microsoft Moderator, my ability to investigate is limited due to restricted access to your specific setup and diagnostic tools for third-party email providers. However, I’ll do my best to support you with the resources available.

    To assist you more effectively, could you please provide the following details:

    • Could you share a screenshot of the issue you're encountering? What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
    • You mentioned contacting Microsoft Support, may I know what was their response or analysis regarding the issue?
    • Do you still able to sign in your Bigpond account on Telstra?
    • Which version of Outlook are you using: New Outlook or Classic Outlook?

    In the meantime, you can try to add your Bigpond account to Outlook again as a workaround.

    I suggest you create a new Outlook profile and sign your account to that profile, so it do not affect to your current inbox.
