- You mentioned contacting Microsoft Support, may I know what was their response or analysis regarding the issue?
- Do you still able to sign in your Bigpond account on Telstra?
- Which version of Outlook are you using: New Outlook or Classic Outlook?
In the meantime, you can try to add your Bigpond account to Outlook again as a workaround.
I suggest you create a new Outlook profile and sign your account to that profile, so it do not affect to your current inbox.
