microsoft live account and xbox gamepass account was deleted

Hi. I need help recovering my microsoft live and my xbox gamepass account. My account was hacked and someone added a different recovery email on it whenever I try to login to my xbox app. When I also login using the same email or phone number on microsoft live, it prompted me to create a new account. I have lost pretty much everything at this moment. I had a couple of games there that I have played for a long time and they are gone. Is there any way I can still recover everything that I had before?
