Did this problem appear in all Excel Workbooks or specific Workbook?
Which type of account you are using (personal account or business account)?
In the meantime, I suggest you try to repair Office application:
After repairing Office, if this issue still persists, I suggest you download the Office support tool to help you remove Office from PC completely. Then re-install Office and check if this issue still existed
Besides that, here are some suggestions you can try:
- Update Office:
- Open any Office app → File > Account > Update Options > Update Now.
- Run an Online Repair:
- Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
- Select Microsoft Office, click Change, then choose Online Repair.
- Disable Add-ins:
- Open Excel in Safe Mode (press
