    Dear @meenal jain,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand that technical issues can be frustrating, and I’d love to help you resolve this. Before giving you the best solution, could you please confirm these questions below to help me diagnose the issue more effectively:

    • Is this a built-in template or a custom one?
    • Does the text disappear completely or just get cut off at the bottom?
    • Are you working on desktop, web, or mobile?
    • Is the text box a placeholder from the template or one you inserted manually?
    • Are there any internal margins or padding set inside the text box?
    • Is the text box grouped with other elements or locked in position?
    • Does the text box have a shape format applied (e.g., rectangle with fixed size)?
    • If you drag the text box larger, does the hidden text appear?
    • Are you using Word Online or Desktop app?
    • If possible, could you kindly share your full screenshot of this issue for better investigating?

According to your description, I checked your screenshot, and the issue seems to be that the text box you’re typing is overflowing or hidden at the bottom of the template area. Based on what I found, this issue usually happens for one of these reasons:

    • The text box or content area is too small and doesn’t auto-expand.
    • There’s fixed spacing or padding in the template design.
    • The view is zoomed in, or the template is inside a container with scroll disabled.

Therefore, here are some possible troubleshooting steps I recommend you try:

    Method 1: Safe Mode

    Method 2:  Repair Word

If a Microsoft 365 application isn't working correctly, sometimes restarting it will fix the problem. If that doesn't work, you can try repairing it. When you're done, you might need to restart your computer.

You can follow the instruction: Repair an Office application - Microsoft Support

Method 3: Restart, Update or Re-install Word

    • Restart your computer first.
    • Open any Office app (if possible), go to File > Account > Update Options > Update Now to ensure Office is up to date.

Note: Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

I hope this information is helpful. Please follow these steps and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can work together to resolve this.

Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

I'm looking forward for your reply.
