Rescheduling the Microsoft certification

After checking your concern, I truly apologize to inform that Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums. However, I'm still here to help you and normally, you can check your certifications in your certification tab.

https://aka.ms/credentialssupport for this issue so that you can get more professional help, there will be very professional people to tell you about the steps on how to realize this function. Then you can see this request screen, and you can select different options depending on your needs (Note: you have to log in your business account first then you go to that support link so that you can see the support screen like this image below):
