Hello,

I have been locked out of my outlook email account for a couple of months now with no prevail. My backup email for the code is my mothers email which I can provide, but unfortunately she no longer has access to this account so I cannot obtain the code. I have submitted the Microsoft recovery form multiple times and it no longer emails my work email to say whether it has been successful or not. I created this account over a decade ago when I was in high school so I am not 100% sure of all the details on the account as I have moved address' multiple times etc.

I can still see all my emails from before I was locked out so I can provide all the information regarding the most recent emails I sent etc, but this doesn't seem to be good enough.

I have my passport, driving licence, anything to prove my ID and to help get back into my emails. All my accounts track back to this email and I am desperate to get it unlocked. It quite literally has my life on there.

Please please please help me

Hi, thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum. I’m happy to help.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble recovering your account. I recommend watching the video in the article below, as it contains helpful tips to improve your chances of recovery. Many users have successfully regained access to their accounts by carefully following the guidance provided in this video:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/account-recovery-unsuccessful-dc56c3e3-dff0-4ed5-8edb-60290eea6b53

You will need to keep trying up to two times per day until you recover your account. Thank you.
