A meeting Invite displays the Title in RED FONT. How do you send meeting invites in red font?

You can’t actually send Outlook meeting invites with red titles those are usually caused by conditional formatting in the recipient’s Outlook, which changes colors based on rules (like keywords, organizer, or importance). If you just want invites to stand out in your own calendar, set up a conditional formatting rule in Outlook Calendar view. If your goal is to make the invite email subject show in red in a recipient’s inbox, the only workaround is adding an expired reminder when creating the invite so Outlook displays the subject in red, though this doesn’t affect the calendar title itself.
