How would this scenario work for savings plans applicability?

I have 2 VMs which runs only 30 mins every hour in exactly the same 30 mins.

If I have a savings plan, would that be applied to both even if they are perfectly concurrent? Of course, given that I have purchased the correct hourly commitment for my saving plan.

I know that for reservations, in case I purchased only 1 reservation, only 1 VMs would be cover and I would have 50% reservation utilization each hour.
