How to change name on a specific Enterprise App?

Our client has an Enterprise Application: EDX A user in our organization has a preferred name she wants to keep for entire SSO and Microsoft account.{
Since EDX is a training application, she wants her legal name to be displayed ONLY in the SSO app.
We reached out to EDX partner but was referred to us. I need guidance on how to change name for this one user on this one app.
I added information and specifics on the exact detail but on this post I never got a reply which is weird? Do you guys have an ETA between responses? was the case closed? Do you normally just not reply in 48 hours? weird.
Please see exact screenshots as details aren't exactly resolved and it hasn't been working yet.
