My mouse frequently disappears and the only thing I can do is either close my laptop or restart it to get it back. This happens relatively often but this time the mouse hasn't come back even after multiple attempts. How can I get it back?

I can't provide evidence as the mouse simply isn't there and its incredibly hard to navigate my laptop without it. I have been using the tab button to get around but this is difficult and tedious. Hopefully I'm just being stupid and there is an easy fix.…

Keyboard, something causing text on emails to align to centre.

When typing Outlook email messages, text is jumping to the centre. Also, causing certain browser page to close unexpectedly. What am I hitting or how to alter settings. I did remove keyboard, pressed ESC to reset but not any better. Thanks.

The number pad and shift key stops working and I have to go to toggle settings to resolve but it's happening 5/6 times per day - what will fix permanently?

I keep losing the ability to use the number pad and shift key, each time I have to go back a toggle - it then works for a short while.
