I have uninstalled and installed the copilot app a couple times now, and after signing in it always gets stuck at this point. Is it my iPhone? Or a network thing

No agreement button for Edge download on IMac
When I click on download Edge from the Microsoft website I can the standard terms to agree to before the download begins. However, there is no option to agree so I can proceed and therefore im stuck there.
