Edge on iPad Pro 12.9 (1OS 14.4.1 and up) indefinitely non-responsive when tap on address or tab bar areas

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache, etc. Works when I use an external keyboard and mouse (bluetooth and Magic Keypad), but touch causes lockup. Happens on both regular and in-private tabs. Anyone have any experience with this?

Edge on iOS not copying to Books

In the sharing menu for Edge on iOS, there is an option for adding the web page to Books. This shows a Creating PDFnotification and then returns to Edge without creating the article in Books. Is there a workaround for this? Thanks, David.
