After deploying Store operations, you can set up the mobile app.

Prerequisites 

  • Ensure that your organization has deployed and configured Store operations, as described in Deploy Store operations

  • Ensure that you assign the Retail Operations Associate security role to the Microsoft Entra ID account of all retail associates. For more information, see Assign security roles.

  • Open Power Apps in a web browser or download Power Apps Mobile using your Retail Operations Associate credentials: 

    • For Apple devices with iOS, such as iPhone and iPad, use App Store. 

    • For Android devices, use Google Play. 

Add Store operations Mobile through Intune

You can add Store operations Mobile through Intune. For more information, see Add and assign an app.

Install Store operations Mobile manually

You can install Store operations Mobile manually through App Store or Google Play. For more information, see Install the Power Apps mobile app.
