Overview of how to manage your cloud flows

Each flow contains a details screen where you can manage the selected flow. This screen shows you the name of the flow, its description, the owner, when it was created, the type of flow (automated, instant, or scheduled), the connections used, and more.

Open the details screen for a flow

To get the details of a flow, you need to select it from a list of flows.

1. Sign in to Power Automate.
2. Make sure you're in the environment that contains the flow you want to manage.
3. On the navigation pane, select My flows.
4. In the list, select the flow you want to manage.
