As described network printer disappeared after 24H2 update.
Cannot add printer, spooler not responsive. Cannot rollback
Do I need to reset my pc completely to remove this scourge?

I have a similar issue connecting to our Xerox 7935 on network, but this is with a new Surface Pro I just purchased. It came preloaded with 24H2 so I cannot reverse any update since there were no previous versions. Any further assistance is greatly appreciated.
I did a clean reinstall and it fixed the issue.
