I reported the "new company" that has ads for the same "lung cleansing spray" and again Microsoft sent me this reply:
Hello,
Thank you for contacting us! To review an ad for compliance with our policies, we require an r-link. Please locate the r-link by following these steps:
Go to search site that ad result is found. (ex: Bing.com)
Enter the search query and perform the search
Find the ad in question and right-click on the ad title
Select ‘Copy Link’
If you have additional questions regarding r-links more information is available here. We hope this information is helpful. We look forward to assisting you with this matter.
Best Regards, Microsoft Advertising Support, Trust & Safety Services (ASTS)"
And the r-link is right there in the report. Perfectly working. And the steps they want me to follow are not applicable since Microsoft Start/msn,com is not a search site, so there is no search query. And their information page about r-links isn't useful.
My report including the r-link:
Please enter your search query term:
No Search. The ads are on Microsoft Start/MSN.com
contactEmail:
(redacted)
Confirm email address (Contact info is optional):

Country/Region*:
Sweden
Disallowed content:
Fraud, phishing or scam
Comments:
Dangerous scam directed at people with diabetes. Claims watch can measure blood sugar better than "lying big pharma". r-link is correct. The ads are on Microsoft Start/MSM.com
