Hello,

I cannot redeem any points, I keep getting the error "There’s an issue with your account or order"

Can anyone help?

    Hi,

    I actually got mine resolved this week and was able to redeem my reward for the first time in ages. Received multiple replies on support with the 'you have violated T&Cs' and replied back to each one stating I hadn't with an explanation of each one. Took me several attempts before finally getting someone to look at it. After several e-mails back and fore to the Internal Rewards Team, they finally resolved it. Don't know how they did it but it was through sheer perseverance.

    It also may be an idea to ask if the issue could be escalated as I was dealing with both Internal Rewards and the Escalation Team

    You really have done the impossible. Congratulations on getting back the account Microsoft is still actively finding ways to avoid giving mine back I send an email and now they don't reply but they do say did we solve your issue

    Had the same issue again trying to redeem my latest code this week but they came back to me saying they were looking into it and bear with us and not the usual T&C e-mail they send out. Probably because I included me resolved issue ticket number from the last time in my reply.
