I actually got mine resolved this week and was able to redeem my reward for the first time in ages. Received multiple replies on support with the 'you have violated T&Cs' and replied back to each one stating I hadn't with an explanation of each one. Took me several attempts before finally getting someone to look at it. After several e-mails back and fore to the Internal Rewards Team, they finally resolved it. Don't know how they did it but it was through sheer perseverance.
