    Good morning

Welcome to the Microsoft Community, we're here to help

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I understand you need help with your computer. Based on the statement you provided, we can try to determine if the problem is related to the Windows operating system or Windows profile. Creating a new Windows user profile is a simple process. Here's how you can do it:

For Windows 11 and Windows 10

    1. Open Settings: Click the Start menu and select Settings.
    2. Go to Accounts: Go to Accounts > Family & other users.
    3. Add a new user: Under Other users, click Add account.
    4. Choose a login method:
    5. If the new user has a Microsoft account, enter their email address.
    6. If not, select I don't have this person's sign-in and then Add a user without a Microsoft account.
    7. Set up your credentials: Enter your username and password, and then follow the instructions to complete the setup.

    I hope this helps,

    Best regards

    JK
