While there’s no one-click fix at the moment, here are two additional workarounds you might consider:
1/ Use Outlook Web App for Composing Emails
Sometimes the desktop version of Outlook behaves differently than the web version. You can try composing emails at https://outlook.office.com to see if the signature spacing appears normal there.
2/ Create a Signature Image
If the spacing issue is visually distracting and consistent, you could convert your signature into a small image (PNG or JPG) and insert it into your emails. This bypasses formatting issues entirely and ensures consistent appearance across devices.
