I'm using new outlook 365 for my email. I got a new computer yesterday that has Windows 11 & now my emails look like they are double-spaced instead of single-spaced, especially in my signature. The settings are single-spaced. Can this be fixed?

    Hi @Jennifer Guliano,

Thank you again for your follow-up and for trying the suggestions.

Since the issue persists despite adjusting display scaling and editing the signature, it’s likely tied to how Outlook 365 interacts with Windows 11’s default rendering and accessibility settings.

While there’s no one-click fix at the moment, here are two additional workarounds you might consider:

1/ Use Outlook Web App for Composing Emails

Sometimes the desktop version of Outlook behaves differently than the web version. You can try composing emails at https://outlook.office.com to see if the signature spacing appears normal there.

    2/ Create a Signature Image

If the spacing issue is visually distracting and consistent, you could convert your signature into a small image (PNG or JPG) and insert it into your emails. This bypasses formatting issues entirely and ensures consistent appearance across devices.

We’ll continue to monitor for any updates or fixes from Microsoft regarding this behavior. If you notice any changes or would like help creating a signature image, please feel free to reach out.
