Surface Duo 2 File Transfer
My Surface Duo 2 does not show up on my PC when connected by USB, even though "File Transfer" is enabled in USB Preferences. When I plug in the USB I hear a Beep but nothing shows up in "Notifications" either.

USB c Audio
I'm having and iMssue using the USB-C port for audio. I've used a dongle (usb-c to 3.5 mm) and USB-C wired headphone for audio but no sound comes through. Oddly enough the volume.
