All MSOffice 365 Apps no longer work on my Android Phone

I have tried your suggestion. Yet I still couldn't make M365 work. Tired to uninstall, restart the Phone and reinstall it again with no avail. Please help me since I need the apps for productivity.

Thank you for you response.

Other users on the forum says that this steps fixes the problem : "Check App Permissions: Open the Office Mobile App, go to settings, and ensure permissions are enabled—some users found this helped."

As mentioned in an earlier reply to this issue, I've checked permissions it's enabled and all permissions granted. I've noticed others indicating they've done the same thing and still having the same problem I am having.

I did all that. As soon as I install Office 365 copilot, word and/or excel it locks up my phone with a black screen with "cancel" and "continue" at the bottom right, but neither does anything when I click on them. i.e. No change. Same issue continues.
