Same issue overhere. I uninstalled every office app. Installed it again and when I try to start, for example, word it keeps reloading, reloading. After that it crashes and almost also crashes Android.
Microsoft please fix this issue !

Since installing One UI 7.0 on my Android Phone, all MS365 apps no longer work. When trying to open one (e.g. Word, Excel) I get a black screen with just "Cancel" "Continue" at the bottom of the screen and the phone locks up.

2025-06-11T02:51:10+00:00 Same issue. S23 Ultra. I uninistalled copilot and installed the old Microsoft office app. Downloaded it from APKPure. Problem solved, can open Microsoft apps and email attachments now.
