I have purchase vivobook16 of 2025 I can't activate ms office home and I tried follow troubleshooting procedure still it is not done and the home subscription is not showing in my microsoft account

Did you receive the product key separately, or have you checked your purchase documentation, invoice, or email to see if the product key was included there?
If you are unable to locate the product key in these areas and the license is not registered in your Microsoft account https://account.microsoft.com/services, you will need to contact the seller directly. If the seller cannot be reached, please contact the store support where you purchased the device, such as Amazon or Best Buy.
I reached the support in the company but they told that it will be done by Microsoft they handle the subscription issue

Looks like the user don’t have a product key.
When they open Office apps, it just asks for an activation key.
Open any office applications, such as Word or Excel.
Go to File > Account.
Do you see any message asking you to activate it, or do you see the product information page showing your product details?
No it does not show any message to activate and I think there is some issue through Microsoft for my office home 2024 which I thought could be resolve throught but I'dont know how will be resolved
