Can't activate office tried many times still unable to do so (Asus Vivobook)

I have purchase vivobook16 of 2025 I can't activate ms office home and I tried follow troubleshooting procedure still it is not done and the home subscription is not showing in my microsoft account

    Hello,

    If you can edit Word Documents, it means your Office product is activated.

    Go to Word --> File --> Account.

    See which account you've used to sign in to Office applications.

    You can use the account linked below to check if you have the office license associated under the 'Products you've purchased' section.

    In Word, click File > Account. If there is problem with activation, it would show there.

    Based on your description, your product is likely activated.

    Office 2024 is not a subscription, but a perpetual license. It is still associated with a Microsoft account, because such an account stores the product key.

    However, since you got a preinstalled version of Office, maybe the associated account isn't your usual Microsoft account. Can you figure out which account it might be, if it is not your usual one?
