Since installing One UI 7.0 on my Android Phone, all MS365 apps no longer work. When trying to open one (e.g. Word, Excel) I get a black screen with just "Cancel" "Continue" at the bottom of the screen and the phone locks up.

    Hi Harold,

Thanks for posting on our Microsoft Community

I understand the importance of resolving this issue specially that every Microsoft applications are affected, Don't worry I will be helping you with this following steps.

    1. Clear Cache & Data: Go to Settings > Apps > Microsoft 365 Apps, then Clear Cache and Clear Data.
    2. Uninstall & Reinstall: Remove the affected apps, restart your phone, and reinstall them from the Play Store.
    3. Check App Permissions: Open the Office Mobile App, go to settings, and ensure permissions are enabled—some users found this helped.

Please feel free to let me know how it goes.

The issue is Copilot 365. If you still have Office mobile on your phone there is a work around. If you upgraded to Copilot 365 you are screwed. Microsoft, please get this resolved!

I've done exactly as you suggested. It did not fix the problem. There must be some sort of incompatibility issue between Office 365 and the latest Samsung/android One UI 7.0 release I installed and when the problem started.
