I understand the importance of resolving this issue specially that every Microsoft applications are affected, Don't worry I will be helping you with this following steps.
- Clear Cache & Data: Go to Settings > Apps > Microsoft 365 Apps, then Clear Cache and Clear Data.
- Uninstall & Reinstall: Remove the affected apps, restart your phone, and reinstall them from the Play Store.
- Check App Permissions: Open the Office Mobile App, go to settings, and ensure permissions are enabled—some users found this helped.
