I meet criteria but have not been offered ESU, why?
So I meet the criteria for windows 10 ESU but it has not been offered to me yet. What is the deal with this? Am I really going to have to buy a new laptop when my Thinkpad is only 4 years old and has Intel Core i5, 16gb RAM etc?
