Why is Outlook not sending the emails straight away?

Hi, Lately I have found that sending emails to clients becoming an issue with the extreme delays (up to 3 hours before they receive them)? This is happening especially with emails from Gmail. Can anyone share what might be the issue? Thanks.

Spamhaus block
